So how did we get here?

We’re the new kids on the block shaking up the world of negotiation skills training. We’ve turned traditional training inside out and found the gaps; big gaps that we’re committed to filling. In summary, we’re redefining negotiation. So, what does this actually mean?

Most of us are aware of the importance of negotiation; but did you know it’s just one of a number of techniques available to us to resolve commercial conflict? We’ll show you the alternatives, so that as well as the latest negotiation skills, you’ll receive training in influencing, problem solving and persuasion. We give you the tools to prepare, deliver and review your performance; and we reinforce this through feedback, self-reflection and encouragement.


What do you take away from our programmes?

We’ll teach you and your teams the key skills you need at the negotiating table, by developing your existing abilities and recognising how to identify and manage emotional responses. Our training does this by helping to you improve your emotional intelligence – a skill quickly becoming recognised as essential in business.
