What is it?

Our two-day negotiation skills training course is a fully immersive
and interactive training programme. You will be working with other professionals with plenty of opportunity to practice the skills you learn in a safe, fun environment.


Who is it for?

Our programme is for anyone who finds themselves in commercial conversations and negotiation situations. Typical participants include those in buying and selling roles such as procurement and sales. However, significant benefits can be gained organisation-wide with attendees from resource management, and operations.
The variety brings a vibrant and interesting perspective to both
sides of the fence!


How does it work?

Participants arrive for a prompt 9am start to enjoy two intensive days combining insights, scenarios to practice and open discussions to share the issues you face in a safe environment. We have optional team drinks at the end of day 1 where we relax and share the experience followed by a second day of more insights into the process and new opportunities to practice.

We will be hosting this programme in Holborn in central London.

The programme

Our public negotiation skills training programme helps people to develop stronger relationships and leverage better deals with customers, suppliers and internal stakeholders through the application of influence, persuasion, problem solving and negotiation skills.
